ThreatQuotient to join Securonix

Today is a big day for the Crash. We are announcing the next step in our collective journey – Securonix has acquired ThreatQuotient.

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to combine Securonix’s best-in-class security analytics and detection with ThreatQ’s best-in-class threat intelligence platform. As we all know, the security operations world is changing at a dramatic pace. Together, we have an opportunity not only to lead with world class technology, but to do so at a scale that would not have been possible alone. I’m excited for the future for us all!

Our Journey to Empower Security Operations

From the very beginning, the ThreatQuotient mission has been to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security operations through a combination of Threat Intelligence and automation. We have always held the belief that Security Operations starts with the human element (some of you may remember that old website of ours). Tools, technologies and platforms can do a lot, but cannot replace human intuition and the expertise of analysts, incident responders, and defenders who protect organizations from harm every day. We listened to our customers' challenges, understood their use cases and asked one question: how can we make this better?

For joint customers of Securonix SIEM and ThreatQ, exciting deeper product integrations are planned… but I’ll not talk about them now.
